With over 17 years of investment banking experience, Calvin has been a driving force behind significant transactions, having successfully advised on over A$30 billion of transactions. Calvin focuses on providing M&A, debt advisory and capital raising services across a range of sectors. Prior to founding CS Capital, Calvin led National Australia Bank’s financial advisory business and played an integral role at Macquarie Capital, advising on large-scale transactions and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). Calvin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op scholar) from the University of New South Wales.

Phillipa has nearly 20 years of investments and funds experience in the infrastructure and energy sector in Australia and globally. As the managing director at CS Capital Partners, she focuses on strategy, funds and asset management business at CS Capital. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of ZEN Energy, and held a range of senior positions across various listed and unlisted funds and assets over 16 years at Macquarie Group. Phillipa is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She holds a Master of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Commerce & Law) from the University of Sydney.

Prior to founding Orca Energy Solutions, she was a senior project manager at AEMO specialising in onboarding and connections, where she oversaw more than 100 connection projects across NSW. She previously held roles as Network Connection Lead and Distributed Energy Engineer at AusNet. Lara holds a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor degree (first-class honours) in Electrical Engineering from RMIT University.
